Q: How will I recognize my chauffeur?

A: Veterans Limousine Worldwide chauffeurs are in professional suits. Your chauffeur will display a personalized sign with your name.

Q: What if I don’t see my chauffeur?

A: Veterans Limousine Worldwide chauffeurs routinely arrive at any pick up location (at a residence, office or airport) 15-20 minutes prior to the scheduled pick up time. Please call our office at 1-800-380-6853 or 1-617-942-limo (5466) if driver has not arrived in this time frame.

Q: How can I pay for my service?

A: Veterans Limousine Worldwide accepts all major credit cards. We also accept travelers checks or cash. A direct billing account can be set up for your convenience by calling our office.

Q: May I get a receipt for my service?

A: Yes, you may obtain a receipt from the chauffeur at the end of the trip or you may request a receipt via fax or e-mail.

Q: Should I tip my chauffeur?

A. For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added automatically to each trip. The gratuity is based on the trip's base rate. Any extra tip may be given directly to your chauffeur, or by calling us at 1-800-380-6853 or 1-617-942-limo (5466).

Q: What happens if my flight is late?

A: Our operations staff monitors the exact arrival time of each and every commercial flight into city. You can be assured that your chauffeur will be waiting for you when you arrive. If this is a commercial flight, there will be no additional charge for the delay.

Q: What if my flight is canceled?

A: There is no charge for any flight arriving that is canceled by the airline. However, it is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to notify our office to advise us of any new travel arrangements.

Q: Can I make a last minute reservation?

A: Veterans Limousine Worldwide will make every attempt to accommodate you.

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: All Veterans Limousine Worldwide vehicles and employees are fully insured. If you have any questions about the extent of our insurance coverage for your corporate account, please call and we will be glad to provide you with the information you require.

Q: I am traveling with an infant. Are there car seats available?

A: Due to size and safety restrictions for different age group, we’re unable to provide car seats, but customers are more than welcome to bring their owns. However, if we're able to provide the child seats with special requests, a child seat surcharge will apply.

Q: Is smoking allowed?

A: Our entire fleet of vehicles is nonsmoking. Respect the rights of the smoker, but we also respect the rights of the next passenger who may not smoke.

Q: Can I consume alcohol in the vehicle?

A: Unfortunately, alcohol is prohibited in Veterans Limousine Worldwide vehicles except partitioned vehicles such as stretch limos where driver's portion is separate.
